Hi

thanx for ur interest in the room.

1) This is NOT a typical airbnb but YES a Community Arts House. Therefore we often share meals, we all have to clear up etc.

2) The room is big and comfortable but all the house is very basic ( eg the furniture’s made out of banana boxes etc )

3) There r sometimes art activities ( about 2 or 3 a week ) so people ( the general public) come in and out ( the rooms have a lock)

If u r happy with this then u can join us. If not then i wish u good luck in ur search.

PS at the moment the room has 2 single beds NOT a double bed .. is that ok?

3) ideally u would be an artist / arts coordinator - from ur profile i dont think u r ... but how do u feel  about arts activities happening in the house? ( Hopefully by October there should be about 4 or 5 activities a week  . However they do have to be quite calm as this is a residential area so we cant make a lot of noise ( especially at nite )

4) plz could u tell us a bit more about urself

 Obg. pelo seu interesse na quarto. Realmente me desculpe pela resposta tardia !!


1) este NÃO é um airbnb típico, mas SIM, uma Casa de Artes da Comunidade. Isso significa que todxs nós temos que trabalhar - por exemplo, compartilhando refeições e a limpezas

2) o quarto é pequeno e confortável, mas toda a casa é muito básica (os móveis são feitos de caixas de banana etc.


3) idealmente, todxs somos coordenadors de artes / artistas - Fazes algmma ocias com arte? Como sentes sobre atividades artísticas que acontecem na casa? (Espero que em outubro deve haver cerca de 4 ou 5 atividades por semana. Nesta momento a casa esta bastanet calma. Tambem esta é uma área residencial, então não podemos fazer muito barulho (especialmente na noite)

4) Você poderia nos contar um pouco mais sobre você?
 
5) transport pubica ate univiersidade talvez uns 30 minutes max. Nao é na Bairro Alto!

6) casa de banho privado para xixi mas nao há duche
