 Am declining this person. The house is for artists / art coordinators. This person is neither. I would be happy to accept for a day or 2 maximum. However for so long i feel she would simply would be happier and better off finding somewhere else.

DISCOUNTS
CHOCA can give discount to artists / art coordinators who despite working are on a low budget. People asking discount need to explain how much they work vs how much they earn and CHOCA will consider this.     

Plz understand:
1, the apartment is primarily for artists and art coordinators. 
2, All the furniture etc is improvised.
3, If we r at home every1 is encouraged to share meals at least every other day.

Feel free to aks any questions / give suggestions / get involved

As stated in the blurb my apartment is mainly for artists and art coordinators. ( exceptions really only for very short stay of 2 or 3 days but not 2 weeks or more. Also as stated there is only 1 bed yet she wants to stay in the room with 2 children. I feel she would be better off / happier looking for somewhere different.
