Thanks for your interest.
We r an arts community house. That means we do art activities and we like guests to join in the communal living. Price includes food and bills ( no extras ) .
However we gave only just started so there is not that much happening yet... thanx for your offer of help!!

Plz understand:
1, the apartment is primarily for artists and art coordinators. 
2, All the furniture etc is improvised ( eg tables and chairs r planks ofwood and banana boxes etc )
3, If we r at home every1 is encouraged to live as a community / family ( often sharing meals / all tidying up etc. ) ( price includes free meals )
4. This is a community space so expect people from outside to enter.
5. CHOCA has only just started so not functioning alot yet ( hopefully in about 2 or 3 months.) All help needed plz :) !!

CHOCA only reserve some1 a room after u have made a booking and bank transfer.

MONTHLY:     Big room: 360€   //  Medium room: 340€   //  Small room: 320€
+ Impro.room (sleep on blow up matress in studio but have to tidy up each day )    120€

FORTNITE:     Big room: 220€   //  Medium room: 200€   //  Small room: 180€
+ Impro.room: 75€

WEEKLY:     Big room: 120€   //  Medium room: 110€   //  Small room: 100€
+ Impro.room:   50€

PRICE: Includes bills + basic food ( that is u r invited to comunal meals ( or heat up from the fridge ) which is sufficient to live on. However u have your own space in the food cupboard if u want to eat more.   

Meals often communal / art studio, music space and main rooms all communal

CANCELLATION REFUND: 
If u cancel your stay CHOCA will give u a refund for the days u arrange a replacement: eg imagine u book from December 1st - 31st but then cancel. If u find a replacement for 1st to 7th December CHOCA will refund those nites. However u would STILL have to pay the other nites  (8th - 31st ).
